Meeting Rooms
Our modern meeting rooms are available for up to 12 attendees and come with full conferencing capabilities, including a large monitor with built-in camera and audio. Rooms are Zoom-enabled by simply joining with a meeting ID. Full laptop connectivity allows other conferencing/collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Cisco Webex.

The Old Main conference room is ideal for up to 12 attendees, and is located within our Bear Down Conference Center.
Zona Zoo includes a credenza, table and sectional and can accommodate up to 10 attendees.
The Wilbur room is adjacent to hoteling offices, huddle rooms and the break room area. It can accommodate up to 10 attendees.
The President's Pond overlooks Scottsdale Road and can accommodate up to eight attendees.
