Arizona Department of Agriculture hosts stakeholder session at Scottsdale Center

The U of A Scottsdale Center recently hosted a stakeholder listening session held by the Arizona Department of Agriculture. The session was focused on soliciting feedback from the state's ag industry as the department develops a strategic plan leading into the 2024-25 fiscal year. The meeting included nearly 50 industry representatives. Welcomed by State Agriculture Department Director and CEO Paul Brierley, attendees came from Apache, Greenlee, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pinal, Yavapai and Yuma counties, representing a wide range of organizations and interests.
