Sara Fleury

Sara works collaboratively with the Government & Community Relations team to extend the university's presence in Maricopa County by promoting the U of A Scottsdale Center as a hub for university engagement. As a native Phoenician and U of A alum, she understands the important role of the university in fulfilling its land grant mission to influence social, cultural and economic impact. 

Prior to joining the Scottsdale Center, Sara was director of communications at one of the largest commercial building companies in the southwest. She was principal of a Phoenix-based public relations agency that also served as a downtown Phoenix arts destination, and previously served as president of the University of Arizona Phoenix Alumni Board of Directors. Sara is active in the local community and is a member of the Assistance League of Phoenix Advisory Board, the North Central Phoenix Women's League and the Literary Society of the Southwest. Past involvements include Valley Leadership and the Phoenix Police Foundation.
