The Arizona Center for an Arizona Carbon-Neutral Economy, or AzCaNE, recently hosted a two-day forum with the Four Corners Clean Energy Alliance that focused on clean energy and decarbonization.
Held at the U of A Scottsdale Center, the “2025 Southwest Clean Hydrogen & Beyond” workshop was attended by approximately 120 stakeholders representing mining, utilities, higher education and tribal communities. Attendees heard from subject matter experts on the roles of water, mining, transportation and agriculture industries in driving decarbonization strategies and clean energy solutions.
AzCaNE – a central hub founded by Arizona’s three state universities and the state’s major utilities – fosters collaboration among diverse stakeholders to help achieve a carbon-neutral future for Arizona by 2050.
